Cargo escort and guarding

Protecting valuables along the entire route: from logistics planning to handover to the recipient.

What is it?

Cargo escort is a set of measures to ensure the safety of material assets at all stages of transport: from loading to delivery to the recipient. The goal is to prevent theft, exclude unauthorised access at intermediate stages and maintain route control. Every shipment is planned in advance. We assess cargo type and value, route, stops and transshipment points, high-risk sections and schedule. Based on this we choose standard or enhanced escort with multiple officers and additional transport. The crew includes an escort vehicle and armed officers equipped with service weapons and technical means — communications, navigation, video recording and monitoring equipment. Throughout the route officers maintain contact with the duty office and act under approved procedures when the schedule deviates or conditions change. Handover procedures are defined separately: who receives the cargo, which documents apply, what to do in case of discrepancies. Responsibilities are fixed in the contract.

How we work

  1. Request and shipment details

We clarify cargo type, route, timing, loading and unloading points, and confidentiality requirements.

  2. Route and risk analysis

We assess high-risk sections, stops and transshipment points, and agree a safe movement scheme.

  3. Forming the escort crew

We define team composition and protection format, prepare transport and communications, and brief officers.

  4. Escort and cargo handover

We escort cargo along the route, control stops and complete handover to the recipient with documentation.
