Weapons
Officers are armed in strict compliance with Russian law and the company’s permits. Only service weapons permitted for private security organisations are used, along with special means.
Our arsenal includes the IZh-71 service pistol, the PKSK compact service carbine and the Saiga service carbine. The choice is determined by the task and environment, not by a show of force.
Only officers with a 6th-grade private security qualification and a valid permit are allowed to work with weapons, with regular certification and skills verification. Use is possible only within the law, with priority given to preserving life and health.
Officer training
Training is systematic and compliant with legal requirements. Only officers who have completed training, knowledge testing and certification are allowed to work. Selection begins before training: multi-stage vetting and polygraph.
Legal training covers grounds and limits for the use of force, special means and weapons, interaction with citizens and law enforcement, and procedures in emergencies. Officers must understand not only how to act but within what limits.
Practical training includes firearms, escort tactics and actions in confined spaces, physical fitness, and handling weapons and special means.
Medical training covers first aid for injuries, wounds, bleeding and loss of consciousness, with hands-on practice. Officers undergo periodic re-certification, including physical and psychological readiness checks.
